Très accessible, tout enpremière position , pour des airs connus très plaisants à jouer. Il est possible de se faire accompagner par le piano et d'écouter la version complète. En plus c'est un excellent rapport qualité-prix.

It is mind-boggling to consider that such an outstanding resource is available at such a low price.The selections are perfect for the purpose stated. The CD accompaniment and demonstrations are well done.I had trouble with one of the CDs in that the provided software that plays the tracks at selectable speeds would not recognize it. However, I remedied the situation by ripping all tracks to MP3s on disk and then using another software package to play the tracks at different tempos. I actually prefer this.If you are an aspiring violinist, then this book should be in your possession; for the exceptional value, there is no reason for it not to be!

Its a challenge for me in places, particularly in the higher E string positions but a good learning tool.

I have mentioned before that I'm not a big classical fan, but this book has nice and popular songs. They range from easy to upper intermediate (advanced). Most of the songs are fast paced! It comes with 2 CDs.The CDs are quality!If you like classical and popular songs then you might like this. This set comes with a removable part for the violin.There is also a mini biography of each composer who contributed a piece for the book.

Es un buen libro, con una variedad de piezas que para mí se encuentran algo mezcladas en cuanto a dificultad. Que tenga la posibilidad de escuchar los audios, cambiar el tempo incluso, hace más fácil elegir que tema se adapta mejor al nivel de uno o al gusto personal.En mi opinión, creo que fáciles son unas tres o cuatro, y el resto las calificaría de nivel intermedio.Me ha gustado mucho que tiene una breve descripción de cada tema y autor, y que las partituras para violín vienen por separado además de con el acompañamiento de piano. Me agradó mucho también la calidad de la portada y de la impresión en general.Seguramente cuando tenga más habilidad con el violín, me compraré los otros dos libros de la serie.Espero haber sido de ayuda para otros amantes del violín.
