This is an awesome pump but company sucks because they never have anything in stock. I bought this pump 4 months ago and been without duckbills for a few weeks now

Aggiorno la recensione perché l'assistenza clienti merita 5 stelle. Un mattino, dopo circa un mese di utilizzo, il mio tiralatte ha smesso di funzionare. Il motore in realtà funzionava, ma per qualche motivo il vuoto non riusciva ad essere trasmesso al seno. Ho inviato una mail all'assistenza e mi hanno risposto praticamente in tempo reale, chiedendo di inviare un video del prodotto che hanno subito guardato, e non essendoci modo di risolvere il problema, si sono offerti di inviarmi un nuovo tiralatte che è arrivato in 3 giorni lavorativi. Speriamo che il problema non si ripresenti, ma almeno so di poter contare sull'assistenza clienti!Ho acquistato questo prodotto nella speranza di riuscire ad utilizzarlo e nel mentre avere le mani libere per tenere in braccio o allattare il mio bimbo all'altro seno, cosa che le dimensioni non contenute rendono molto poco confortevole. Se utilizzato con un reggiseno sportivo schiaccia troppo il seno, bisogna fare delle prove per trovare il reggiseno adatto che lo sostenga senza comprimere eccessivamente e compromettere l'uscita del latte. In ogni caso se ci si vuole muovere bisogna tenerlo adeso con una mano altrimenti rischia di gocciolare dalla parte inferiore. Il montaggio non è così rapido (richiede diversi minuti) ed è fondamentale assemblare perfettamente tutti i pezzi, compreso un piccolo anellino in silicone che non sta mai al suo posto, altrimenti non fa il vuoto. A parte questi piccoli inconvenienti ha una buona forza di pompaggio, il silicone è molto morbido e non dà fastidio al capezzolo. Comodo che sia fornito di diverse misure di flange (anche se non c'è un misuratore e bisogna andare ad occhio). È possibile scegliere tra 4 diversi programmi durante l'utilizzo, ma bisogna andare a tentivi perché sul libretto non vengono spiegate bene le differenze. In conclusione va bene per un utilizzo occasionale per svuotare il seno e mettere da parte un po' di latte, se si ha la necessità di utilizzarlo più volte al giorno conviene orientarsi su altro, anche se non ho termini di paragone con altri prodotti.

My daughter is a new first time mother trying to get to grips with breastfeeding. While still getting used to breastfeeding this double pump has been so helpful. She found the pumps easy to use and comfortable to wear. The milk gathered is easy to decant. The parts aren’t as easy to disassemble for cleaning but still doable. On the whole, a good product that’s made it so much easier for my daughter to be able to breastfeed.Downgraded rating as while the pump is great, the containers leak.

Leaving the text below.This might seem obvious, but in my baby brain state I did not realise that this had metal springs inside.It arrived, fit my pump perfectly (my pump is a generic which will also take mam bottles) and I thought "great!"Threw it in the microwave steriliser with my pump, only to walk back into the kitchen to the smell of burning plastic.Fortunately it only seems to have damaged itself and one of the flanges for my pump, for which I have spares. This looks like a sturdy product and it fit my pump well. Its might be fine if you are using steam or Milton to sterilise, although I'd worry about the metal corroding and getting into the plastic parts and then the milk
