This is an updated review as I purchased this product based off of the previous reviews and listing details. Before the listing had detailed two adapters (one of which I needed for my task at hand) and a 'nice' wooden box. I ordered the pump and it arrived as shown in the image: no wooden box and no secondary adapter. Without the adapter I was frustrated and wrote a 2 star review. By the end of the day I was contacted by the distributor and manufacturer to correct my problem. I continued talking with the distributor, Action Emporium. They informed me that they wanted to send out the missing parts, but the manufacturer had changed product and no longer made the box and secondary adapter and had simply forgotten to update the listing. Feeling as I was tricked they offered me a full refund, not a return.HERE IS MY REVIEW:USE:The manual comes in many languages, English was easy to find and a bit oddly worded, but it got the point across. To use you simple screw on the one adapter by hand and an easily accessible (and replaceable) O-ring will seal it against the main steel body. Unscrew the tip of the adapter to back off the pin that pushed on the pin in the valve. screw on the tip to the valve until it makes a seal, then screw on the back half of the adapter to open the valve. You can now pump or bleed the air. The bleed screw is surprisingly accurate at 100 PSI (the highest I went with the pump). It is not a constant release of air, instead you back it off a hair and only a hair of air will escape, back it off some more, some more air. It seems to act like a pressure regulator which is nice. When done unscrew the back half of the adapter tip, followed by the adapter from the valve stem. Done.MATERIAL:Seems like a steel head where the adapter and gauge screw into. An aluminum tube for the piston travel with a plastic liner. The pump shaft is also plastic with an aluminum handle that swivels and nicely fits over the piston chamber. The plastic seems a bit lack luster, perhaps another steel and some wear bushings could have been used instead. I fear that the plastic will wear and not be replaceable in perhaps 5 years of HEAVY use. But that is minor. It is sufficient and much more than expected at the price point.BUILD:Adapter is very nice no problems. Steel and aluminum are beautifully and evenly brushed surface. Gauge is suitable, accurate within the PSI at 100PSI when tested with my car dial gauge. Only concern is as mentioned before the plastic shaft. It may wear over time. The handle is just pres fit into the plastic shaft with a rough piece of aluminum. Mine was wiggling a 16th of an inch and I pulled it out with hardly any force. Cheap. I lightly epoxied it into place: problem solved. The shaft unscrews from the steel base by hand with another o-ring sealing it. Good threads where it counts. For the most part it is serviceable by anyone if a leak should occur by replacing o-rings or gauge/thread tape.

Very nice suspension pump. Easily, accurately pump shocks with a release valve. Comes in a wood box with brass head adapters.
