I purchased this sander as my previous model stopped working. I did not expect any miracles given the cheap price but this sander seems to have more movement than my previous one so makes it easier to use and gets the job done much faster. The sanding pads are easy to find and they seem to stay on the sanding plate a lot better than my previous sander. I have no idea how long this Silverline Palm Sander will last but for the price you can't really go wrong.
