Rab Nebula Pro Jacket - Doudoune Homme

My husband purchased this coat because we were going to Illinois for our daughters boot camp graduation. The temperatures were 10 degrees and lower but the wind chill was in the negatives. He said that the coat was amazingly warm and kept him nice and warm while we were waiting in the frigid temperatures to get through the checkpoints before entering for the graduation on base. If you are looking for a coat that is warm but not bulky this one is for you. My husband wanted something that didn't make him look like a stay puff marshmallow but he wanted to be warm. When it first arrived he was worried because it was fairly light. We live in Texas and it doesn't truly get cold here until Jan-Feb. It did dip into the lower 30s the night that the coat arrived and he put it on and tried it out. He said that it was great. Well, it definitely was put to the test when we went to Illinois. He wore layers underneath but said that he was incredibly warm. I had on a knee length wool coat and was ok but my hands were freezing to the point where they burned with gloves on! he took his off and gave me an extra layer and put his hands in his pockets and they actually stayed warm!!!

It will zip up fine, but then you are pretty much trapped inside. You have to practically break the zipper to get it back off. It is the worse double zipper I have experienced yet.
