We recently got these so when we're out running or taking the dog for a walk that it's easier to see at night in the winter. These are an absolute must where we live because there's not a lot of street lights and fortunately we have to walk in the street due to the lack of sidewalks. These are amazing they're easy to charge they're bright and they have different RGB color patterns which makes being able to see very easy and I love it. I definitely think this makes me safer.

This LED and reflective vest is perfect for making sure you’re seen when out and about at night. The lights make you visible to other pedestrians and the reflective parts will highlight you even more when a vehicle with lights is approaching. You can choose from 2 flash speeds or a solid on for the front and rear lights. There are also 2 more straps to put on your arms or wrists that are reflective. With all this on you’ll be very easy to spot at night.

Amazon doesn't like the same review in two places, so I'm adapting the comparison to the perspective of each vest separately.This vest lists at a dollar lower than the other one.Both vests have front and rear LED strips. This vest is made from yellow-green reflective straps; the LED strip shows green only because of the pocket it's in.The LED strip is controlled by a pushbutton at the center. It cycles from fast flash to slow flash to steady on to off.The vest comes with a dual USB charging cord, micro-B connectors (the ones with a trapezoid shape).As noted above, each LED strip is embedded in a pocket, open at the base near the pushbutton switch. The strip is positioned such that the USB socket is inaccessible until you struggle the strip out of its pocket. After charging the strip, it's a struggle to get the strip back in. This is my biggest objection to the ocuvaep product.So I cut the fabric back a little way, careful to avoid the seam, and sealed the cut with a hot iron. Much better! But I wish it didn't fall to me to salvage defects in the product design and manufacture!Otherwise, I find it tricky to put the thing on. It's a bundle of straps and bands that are hard to get right, though experience helps. (It also helps to have a buddy, especially if you forget to turn on the LEDs on your back.)I found the flashing LED on my sternum to be distracting, and set it steady. The one in back is probably also distracting, but that's a feature, not a bug.This vest comes with reflective bands that can be worn on arms or ankles. The other one does not.
