Après une commande pour offrir à Noël, le colis ne contenait malheureusement pas le panneau solaire. Comme le temps pressait j'ai dû offrir quand même, en achetant un autre panneau solaire afin d'alimenter la mangeoire.Je n'ai donc pas pu bénéficier du retour car je tenais à offrir cette mangeoire.Suite à mon précédent commentaire dans lequel je me plaignais de ne pas avoir reçu de panneau solaire, le service client Netvue (merci Anna !) à directement pris contact avec moi afin de déterminer une solution adéquate.Ils m'ont donc entièrement remboursé, après un échange rapide et cordial.C'est ce type de comportement qui différencie une marque quelconque d'une marque destinée à réussir.En ce qui concerne le produit en lui même, comme c'est un cadeau je ne l'utilise pas, mais c'est moi qui l'ai installé et paramétré, très facilement (comme c'est à destination de personnes âgées, peu familières avec la technologie, j'ai préféré le faire moi même, mais ça n'a vraiment rien de compliqué).L'usage est ludique, et mes parents me partagent même à l'occasion quelques vidéos et prises de vues. Comme quoi, l'usage de la technologie est aussi au bon vouloir des envies !Bref. Contrairement à mon précédent avis, je suis extrêmement satisfait de la tournure qu'à pris cet achat et je recommande définitivement la marque

Updating my review to give additional stars - Netvue reached out to me to offer a no-nonsense refund or replacement due to my experience with the product. This was very conscientious, and the support person was very courteous. If you are unsure about purchasing, do know that the company cares about customer concerns, and is willing to make things right.Original review below:Build quality is fantastic, camera quality is great. There is next-to-nothing for instructions, they just say to scan a QR code to download an app. Worked flawlessly on my iPhone XR, when I tested it. However, this was a gift for my parents. I figured it wouldn't be an issue, because there is an Android version of the app, and both my parents use Android phones/tablets. I also just assumed that you wouldn't NEED a cell phone to use this thing. That's a wrong assumption, a cell phone or tablet is required.After struggling to try to get it working on either of my parents' phones for days, my father contacted customer support, who told him that the app is not compatible with some Android devices. Of course, this isn't mentioned anywhere in the marketing, or the Netvue website, or anywhere else. This is a "buy first, then we'll tell you the issues if you ask" situation. So, purchase this thing with the knowledge that you will have no idea if your device will be compatible with it. It may just end up being a useless disappointment, like in my case.

Ease of set up, both feeder and app. We were up and running in an hr of receipt. Full colour images and videos of your flying and climbing guests. Easy to share your videos, and it doubles as yard surveillance as it picks up motion, even at night that goes passed the lens.Terrific device for the price. Note, if you have a large property you will need to buy a wifi range extender to really enjoy the feeder, and it’s video feed.Mike
