I didn't hesitate to buy these because I recognized the Dorman brand. They've been around forever and make a quality product. I bought them for a 2000 Toyota Tundra 4WD with standard cab. Used the "Amazon Confirmed Fit" (on the same page) to verify that it would fit the Tundra. Be sure to check. It only takes a minute and saves frustration. Everything fit perfectly. (including the springs) One or two people mentioned having to run a file over the pivot point on the inside of the casting. Not a big deal, just close tolerances and a burr or two. Just required a few passes with a file to smooth the casting. I disagree with some who called these "cheap". Comparable to OEM quality in my opinion, and everything needed to make the change is included, right down to springs, cotter pins, bolts and washers. The swap is very simple and really no need for instructions if you do one at a time. If you are new at this take a photo or two for reference.

My 4-runner parking brakes were rusted solid. I was able to replace the mechanism and now my brakes are better than new. It came with a little packet of grease, but I bought some high priced brake grease to pack them a little better, the when the installation and adjustments were complete. I sprayed the mechanism with chain lube to keep them from rusting. This is a task that can be performed by anyone savvy enough to have a set of metric tools. There are no instructions, just put the replacement together using the one you are about to take out as a guide.

Seems like a decent quality kit for the price, just one issue, the springs are too long, I had to use my old springs which luckily weren't rusty. Everything else was the same as what I took off, not sure how they got the spring size mixed up.
