Really is the biz. Good lighting and the fan is quiet. Fitting is made easier with a metal cord that holds it up whilst wiring it in. solid feel to it too.

This lighted fan was easy to install and works well. I would have given it a five, but the cheaped out and didn't include batteries for the remote control.

This low-profile ceiling fan, with lights, was ordered for use in an unvented utility room where brighter lighting and more air circulation was needed. The semi-enclosed bladeless design should be safer and the low-profile is perfect for low ceilings and small spaces. The fan has 2 airflow modes and 6 speeds, making it quite versatile. The provided remote control (with a mountable holder) controls all the fan and light functions. The fan has six variable speeds and the light is adjustable in brightness and color/temperature, ranging from 3000K to 6000K (warm to white). The unit was easy to install. It helpful to have 2 set of hands, but installation can be done alone, using the supporting S hook provided. The fan moves a lot more air than expected and the remote is great!! The only negative I found involves the “saved” settings. The product page states that “all settings will be remembered when using the remote control to turn off the lights. The next time you turn it on, the color temperature and brightness will remain the same as the last time you turned it off.” Apparently, these mentioned “settings” only refer to the lights, not the fan settings. When the fixture is turned off, the fan has to be set to the desired speed again. I believe this is a wonderful product and a great value.

This is the third fandelier I've installed in my house, and the first from this brand. Overall, it works, it produces light, it has a fan, and that's great. I think it's aesthetically pleasing. Install was fairly simple, rather than using bare wires and wire nuts, this one offers a connector where you press down on a lever and insert the line/neutral/ground wires sort of like on a speaker connector.However, install is complicated by one of the screws being located directly above one of the supports for the light. Better design would have both of the screws offset from the supports to make things easier. It beeps when you turn it on via the wall switch, would be nice if it didn't do that. It does turn on instantly, whereas my other two units have a slight delay after flipping the switch. But on the other two units, it remembers the brightness and color temperature--this unit does not retain the last set brightness and color temperature, which is kind of annoying. If you use the remote control to turn it on and off, that should avoid this issue, but since I already have others that achieve this, it reflects poorly on this unit.
