I’ve owned many volume pedals in my day. Vp JR, Bloomery, Dunlop, and now this. In terms of quality, this is an absolute beast. It’s robust, and because there’s no moving parts, I’m not worried about putting my weight on it. I love that it is buffered, since I run a pretty long signal chain. I like the sweep on it, but I wish the tension screw was a bit tighter, I tightened it all the way, and it’s still a bit loose for my preference, but it’s just something to get used to! In terms of appearance, it’s not very attractive to look at, but! It does it’s job better than anything else I’ve owned. I went in with high expectations, and my expectations were exceeded! Thank you Lehle for making such a killer product!

I had seen this pedal for awhile... But being simply a *volume* pedal I thought it way overpriced. Even though I have spent that or more on some pedals that to be honest I use much less. I require a pedal that does not tone suck as I usually place in the effects loop so I can drive the preamp as hard as needed to get a desired sound, then back off the volume before the power amp so I don't split my ears. Or more importantly my neighbors ears. I have gone through 2 Ernie Ball MVPs. After the second one died I revisited how important a volume pedal was to me, and considered it might be cheaper to buy quality rather than quantity. Came across this and the reviews - reluctantly still pulled the trigger...I wish I had done it sooner...First off this thing tone sucks less than anything I have tried before. No matter how much you drop the volume it better preserves the true tone and clarity. Seemed remarkably head and shoulders better to my ears. That alone would have been worth it. Note that I haven't tried it as a boost...But a surprise bonus was how smooth and linear this pedal works. It looks oversized and clunky ugly, but when you use it. Amazing how it seems natural and fits. Everything about it - the large sweep, smooth action, very flat linear responsive volume adjust, and the seeming bulk of the foot switch - seem to work together. I've found that I now work much more confidently with a volume pedal than with those before. I just never knew. YMMV may vary with these sort of use aesthetics. But this thing has proved to be more value for my money than most pedal purchases!

I compared this pedal side by side with some other name brand popular volume pedals. (Ernie Ball, Bloomerary, Dunlop). Not everyone will agree and thats why I suggest trying them out for yourself, but I can say for certain this pedal felt the best for me. German engineering! There is no parts to wear out or fail since it uses magnetic force via the Hall effect. The throw is very nice and feels like your driving something fine, like say a Mercedez-Benz. I am so happy with this upgrade form my Dunlop High Gain pedal. What a difference. I can't recommend it enough. They even included a resistance screw so you can stiffen it up if thats your cup of tea. Thanks Lehle. P.S. (lee-la) ; )

Incredible volume pedal. Arrived very quickly, next day from seller.

This pedal has exceeded my expectations. I was using a VP Jr before, and this thing puts that to shame. No strings, no noisy pots. Just clean smooth volume. This thing is also built like a tank. Don't have to worry about it breaking. The only downside (which isn't really a problem), is how big it is. I thought it would be the same size or smaller than my VP Jr and it turns out it is slightly bigger. Thankfully not by enough that it makes much of a difference.
