Ce lecteur correspond en tous points à nos souhaits.Les enfants sont autonomes et peuvent utiliser les applications musique tel que Spotify sans risque d'être tenté par autre chose.La connexion au Wifi ou au telephone de leurs parents permet d'avoir accès aux applications facilement.Ils peuvent également télécharger leurs playlist pour une écoute en toute simplicité.

Update after three weeks: battery life is fine, we get most of a day's worth of listening out of it. It easily paired with our portable Bluetooth speaker. Also, I was able to install APK files without issue to load VLC Player (our preferred media player) and Hoopla (which our local library uses for audiobook loans). Both work just fine. Very happy with this, just about perfect for our needs.Original Review: Got this unit for my 10yo son so he could listen to audiobooks and music without the temptations and distractions that come with the old phones he'd been using. As a music player, it works well. We've used the Audible, Pandora, Amazon Music, and the built-in music player app to play traditional mp3s. All work well.I want to give Luoran huge props for their customer service. My son uncovered a glitch in the system, so I reached out via the customer service email address. Luoran responded within 24 hours and worked with me over the next few days to solve the issue. Very happy with the experience.

I am very happy with this kids' music device. It’s a fantastic solution to keep children entertained, especially because it allows using Spotify accounts and listening to music both online and offline. This makes it very versatile for trips, commuting between home and school, or just daily use.The screen is large and high-resolution, making it easy for kids to interact with the device quickly and intuitively. It’s very fast and easy to operate. Additionally, it has a memory slot to expand the storage, which is a great plus.It comes with all the necessary accessories: a protective cover, charger, and headphones, so it’s ready to use right out of the box.Originally, I bought 2 devices about 1.5 years ago. I had an issue with one of the devices, and I contacted Louran’s technical support. Their response was excellent: they replied promptly, suggested possible solutions, and although the problem couldn’t be fixed, they offered to replace the defective device. I decided to purchase the latest version, which is even better, and the company issued a full refund for the original device.Louran is truly a wonderful company in terms of customer support, and their devices have excellent technology for kids. It’s a much safer alternative to giving them a phone, providing an easy and secure way for children to enjoy music. Highly recommended!

We have been very impressed with the customer service follow-up with the folks at Luoran. Our MP3 player started to have some challenges and not only were they incredibly responsive to help us troubleshoot the issue, when it was not resolving, they offered up a new unit free of charge as a replacement. I could not be more thrilled with how helpful they have been and how they stand behind their product 100%. We’ve also been very happy with the unit itself and the parental controls – works wonderfully!

My son has had this for 2 days... It's died 8 times on him paid good money for this... It was a gift for passing his grade and to have it not even function right it's sadBattery life:Sucks! My child has had it for 2 days and it's died 8 times ...Speed:It's so slow!! Mp3 quality:It's battery life doesn't last at all

The device itself works slowly, but for my 8-year-old it's no problem because he's not used to a fast fancy device anyway. I did find the convenience of removing apps like Chrome very easy and was glad. But for me to set it up took a while because of how slowly it works, so I took off a star for the speed.The biggest reason why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 3 stars is the AMAZING customer service. We had one that was malfunctioning and the Luoran team replied to my email personally, following up with troubleshooting solutions and eventually reimbursed me for replacing the device. I will definitely continue to buy their products knowing that if I have any issues, I can reach out and find solutions with their team---something that is very rare nowadays!
