I ordered a whole box (P6x10 parcels) in a subscribe & save. First order was all good, but the next delivery was a con - only 2 packs were included, not 6, despite being labelled as P6x10. They're not in a box, as previously, instead 2 parcels were put in a cellophane bag together. I contacted Kleenex via support page, but received no contact back/ message after a week of waiting. 2 parcels at £16.44 is a bit of a rip-off and lack of contact/ support is appalling, hence the 1 star rating! (shame I can't rate 0!)

First thing to note, don’t expect these to be like the usual multi-pack of pocket tissues – they really aren’t, in fact they couldn’t be more different. Pocket tissues are normally small, fairly thin, and not particularly soft. The fact that these are hypo-allergenic is an absolute bonus, particularly for folk like me – Asthmatic with various allergies (pollen, house-dust, pet fur – you name it….!)The tissues are a proper good size, good thickness, and super-soft. Unlike most tissues (pocket or otherwise), they don’t disintegrate when you blow your hooter. To be fair, they’re Kleenex, quality is a given, but this is quality with knobs on.The description header is slightly misleading, describing as 60 sheets. It is actually 10 x multi-packs, each multipack containing 6 x tissue packs, with each tissue pack containing 9 x tissues – got that? 😊Therefore, a total tissue count (it does show elsewhere - incorrectly 360) of 540 tissues.Overall, this is a great product, and actually really good value when you work it out. A multi- pack of 6 x pocket packs equates to £1.90. Not at all bad in my book considering the quality. This is going to last a good time, but would I buy again once all used? Absolutely – no question. Very highly recommended.

I was a bit daunted at first by the cost, but you actually get a lot of tissues and a good amount of use for the money. They’re all in little pocket packs that have come in especially useful in our baby bag as easier to pull out for baby snot, dribbles etc than a muslin, bib or baby wipes. These are their gentle allergy comfort version as well so I feel happy using them on my 7 week old as don’t have any perfume etc in there that could irritate his skin. Each tissue has a decent thickness to it and absorbs well, opening up wide enough to even catch my husbands massive dad sneezes lol
