I first read about this whip on [...] where they used the whip to infuse booze with fruits, herbs and spices. Of course it makes great whipped cream, which you can enhance by adding a liqueur. The other use is to put, for example, orange zest and vodka into the whip, screw in an N20 charger, shake it for a minute, then unscrew and put in another charger. Let it sit for a couple of minutes and then vent the gas. Pour off the liquid through a tea strainer and voila! - your friends will be amazed with your now-infused alcohol for custom cocktails. Love this product!
