I have changed my original review because customer service has contacted me very concerned about my problem. MegaTechpc has changed the hard disk drive (HDD) to the one described on the product (500 GB SSD). The desktop pc, as I said before, has a good performance, but with this change, it has improved radically. It is surprising to have such good equipment at such a low price, in addition to excellent customer service. This definitely changes everything. For this price, you can get a great product and a great seller.Previous ReviewBeware of contradictory information, the title of the product does not specify the information of the hard disk as an SSD, which if it is done in the description of the product where it is specified that it is solid-state, although it also says that it is 128 GB.Actually the desktop computer comes with a 512 GB HDD. As stated by the seller: "Amazon goes by the Product" Title "listing for proper item description. In this case, the Title states that the system comes with 512GB HDD. For future reference, whatever you purchase on Amazon, go by the Title information for more accuracy. Listings can have "description" errors more often than "Title" errors. "The title doesn't really say HDD, only 512GB. Anyway, the equipment is good and I have decided to stay with it despite the seller's error in the description that can confuse whoever buys it.

The listing said "This product works and looks like new, has been professionally inspected, tested and cleaned by Amazon-qualified suppliers with no signs of cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.) will be visible when the product is held 30 centimetres away".What I got was a computer that would not even boot, was supplied with Windows 7 decal and Windows 7 product licence (when I bought a Windows 10 Pro machine), together with an old Hewlett Packard Keyboard and a Targa Mouse, both not Dell products. Also the Dell Wireless LAN card had been removed and the computer was supplied with a defective power supply so that the green power light would not come on, and the computer would not start. So obviously not tested. They then told me that there was Windows 10 on the machine, even though I could not see it, and told me they always supply Windows 10 with a Windows 7 licence (so essentially unlicensed software), that their listing didn't specify the accessories would all be Dell products, and that they'd included a WiFi dongle, but completely ignored the fact that the machine was a non-runner.I would never buy from these people again as they clearly have no idea about providing a good product at a reasonable price, and earning the trust of buyers.
