I was looking for a good rice cooker for a while when my korean teacher recommended this brand.I'm very happy with my purchase. While all the options and buttons might look overwelming at first, it's actually easy to use.The rice is perfect and my guests said they never tasted such flavorful rice before.I've tried the other options too and made a delicious chicken stew and soup so far.I love my cuckoo!! It's quite big but it has earned its spot on my countertop since i use it at least once a week.I highly recommend it if you love cooking.The seller also was kind and helpful in the communication. My cuckoo arrived fast and in perfect shape.

Eigentlich diese Top ist sehr gut, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Topf. Aber jetzt hat der aufgeben.( E01 Error). Muß leider an Amazon zurück schicken.

Reçu rapidement ( moins de 2 semaines ) et arrivé bien emballé.Le riz est parfais. Mais c'est plus qu'un cuiseur à riz, j'ai déjà testé pot au feu, des pâtes, de la viande, ect... et il arrive déja en anglais.J'avais un peu peur ... mais pas déçu. Ce cuiseur est génial.

I’m not sure if I was sent a defect or not but this cooker is not working correctly. It either makes my short grain rice come out too dry/burnt on the bottom or too watery. It doesn’t make it fluffy. I have tried contacting cuckoo customer service but they have not responded back to any of my emails. I can’t return this either because Amazon wouldn’t accept it once it was used. So I’m now stuck with this 200 euro cooker that’s collecting dust. I ended up purchasing a 20 euro cooker in its replacement and it makes perfect fluffy rice. Avoid this brand if you live outside of US, Korea, or Germany. Avoid this product if you want good fluffy short grain rice. Very unhappy customer here.
