I recently replaced my old MacBook Pro with a new Mac Mini M4 Pro as my main workstation. I already had an external UHD monitor connected to that laptop, so I needed a small monitor to replace the 16" one that was built in to that laptop. Not only is this monitor perfect for my use, but the touchscreen capability is a bonus! The glass panel and thin bezels look great and the monitor is the perfect size to replace the screen I had before. I wasn't expecting the touchscreen function to work with my Mac but it does. If this were the only monitor connected to my Mac, it would work completely as expected for single-taps, but when the Mac has multiple monitors and is set to "extend" across monitors, the touchscreen function works as expected but only when the cursor is already on this 16" monitor. I can accept that because everything else is great - especially for the price. This monitor is also great for use as a temporary or mobile monitor for my iPhone and iPad. The touchscreen functions don't work with them, but this is still a great 16" screen for my phone and tablet. Another surprise is that the monitor's built-in menu system works with the touchscreen function so you don't have to mess around with funky button combinations to adjust its brightness or volume settings. This screen also has built-in speakers that aren't too bad, and works with HDR on my Mac mini and looks great when used in combination with my other external UHD monitor. The multi-position kickstand supports the screen well even when poking at it with your fingers, and stores discretely when not needed. One of the few small suggested improvements would be to add rubber "feet" closer to the middle edge of the screen to support using the monitor on narrower surfaces like small tray tables on a plane or train, etc...This screen also comes with a neoprene sleeve for travel and storage. While it works as intended, I would have liked a folio-style case that remains attached to the screen a little better. Not a deal-breaker as I don't plan on traveling much with this screen and when I do, the included sleeve will provide good protection. It's just not as convenient as an attached folio-style would have been.BTW, a ton of cables were included for nearly all connection scenarios. A USB power adapter was also supplied if needed to power the screen separately.Overall, a great screen and a great value!

First impressions: Wow. [UPDATE below, re: color accuracy]I caught a sale for this, but even at full price it's a fantastic value. The build quality feels very good, though maybe delicate only because it is quite thin in places. I'd be careful not to bend this. Bending would take some force as it feels aluminum, but would surely be bad news. The kickstand is very smoothly adjustable and solid. The image quality is very good with surprisingly good colors and brightness for indoor use.I connected it via USBC to try it with my windows laptop and immediately worked. It seems on Windows 10, its touch input is registered on the primary monitor. It does work, but having the touch register on the correct monitor (this one) needs a little fiddling with. The included accessories are perfect: A few different usb cables and good soft sleeve (again, don't bend it). Decent instructions. Very nice package.Connected via usbc, the screen itself has a USBA port on the opposite edge that does work as usb data pass through, tested with a memory stick. It also has some little speakers and a head phone jack. The menu for changing screen settings is clear and simple, and the buttons have a nice feel to them.Just... Wow. I'm blown away how nice this is! Again, even at full price the value is incredible. Will see how long it lasts, of course, but really very impressed already. It's a good one!UPDATE: Been using for about a month now. In terms of feature set, build quality, and value, I'm still very happy. However, the color accuracy is actually pretty bad. Like, I'm no photo editor or anything, but something about the reds and purples on this are just... Off. It has many options to tune the colors, and tbf, I don't exactly know how to perfect it. But even with that, colors just look noticeably strange compared to all my other monitors. It's still excellent as a secondary and/or portable display. Just be aware if that's a factor for you.UPDATE 2: I borrowed a friend's colorimeter thinking I just needed to calibrate this thing. Learned that it's only capable of 56% of sRGB gamut! No amount of calibration is going to fix that. Likely this is just a "value" 6 bit panel. Confirmed I didn't just goof the measurement, finding my main monitor gets 99%. So this monitor is probably fine as a second display and has done great features, but not ideal if you need color accuracy. The difference from my primary monitor is very obvious.

I’ve been using CAPERAVE touch screens for a few months now for my flight simulator, and I’m genuinely impressed with their performance and build quality. The touch response is smooth, accurate, and highly responsive even in demanding environments. The display clarity is excellent, and the screens hold up well to frequent use without any signs of lag or wear. What really sets CAPERAVE apart is their reliability and consistency.Their customer support is awesome. I had to move my flight simulator and didn’t install screens correctly, could figure out why screens weren’t working. They asked for pictures of my setup, instructions sent over an email and I was back in control.Highly recommended for anyone needing durable, high-performance touch screens.

I purchased this monitor because I work from home sometimes and I am use to having dual monitors at my office. It took me some time to narrow down which monitor to buy and I finally chose this one. I am well pleased that it has touchscreen capability and that it has it's own speaker. Also, it is was very easy to connect to my laptop and also to my chromebook. The picture is crystal clear and the colors are vibrant. I normally do not write reviews but I was inclined to do so because I am well satisfied with my purchase. So if you are having trouble deciding which portable monitor to buy, I would say look no further and get this one!

This is a good portable touch screen monitor for the price. Picture quality is good, but don't expect color accuracy to compete with an expensive professional design monitor. It won't. Color accuracy is okay, and you can tweak it. I will update my review if it turns out to be compatible with a colorimeter (I would be surprised though). The monitor was plenty bright, I actually had to turn down the brightness. It's not particularly fair to compare sharpness on a 15.6" FHD (1920x1080) monitor when my 4K (3216x1440) 6.7" cellphone is the connected device. Sharpness is good for the monitor's specs, but obviously not as good as the pixel density on my 4K phone. That's to be expected.Touch function works, but entirely depends on the setup. One of the two USB-C ports supports power (input) + video + touch. The other does not support touch function at all. I found that touch function only works if you're powering the monitor from the touch enabled device's USB connection. For example, I connected my OnePlus 9 Pro android phone using the included USB-C to USB-C cable. Everything worked fine. Touch was good and accurate, the screen looked good too. Once I tried plugging in the second USB-C port to use for an external power source (and to reduce battery usage from my phone), the touch function stopped working. All things considered, it's a good and inexpensive portable monitor that's easy to use when you understand its limitations. If you want something with better color accuracy or more features, I don't think you'll find that anywhere near this price. Color accurate monitors are not cheap.
