This shield (and its tinted counterpart) are designed well and aesthetically. They don't fog up AS easily as the flat blast shields do although they can with enough temperature fluctuation (I live in LA desert climate so it still happens often in winter).My main complaint is that since I like to switch between the clear and the tinted from day to night pretty often, the buttons come off super easily and are irreparable. The buttons on my tinted blast shield came right off after a month of riding (daily) with almost every other day taking off and switching between blast shields.If you DON'T plan on alternating and taking it off more than a few times in a year, this is a great blast shield. If you do take them off somewhat frequently, know that you will be replacing them pretty quickly as they don't work at all without all 3 buttons locked in on the helmet.

Fits snugly on my Daytona 3/4 helmet and I have absolutely no idea how I managed to get along without this! I can't do full face helmets (fogging and the feeling of being trapped in there), but was frustrated with lift issues with my half helmet with no shield. I switched to the 3/4, but was still stuck with foam backed glasses because of my face shape (regular glasses just pressed against my eyes, making blinking impossible). This shield allows me to wear my regular prescription glasses or everyday sunglasses without the usual watery, red eye results! Oh, and it's outstanding when bugs decide to commit mass suicide! This is really an excellent product and I recommend it. I've taken it on and off several times and hasn't cracked to loosened up at all.
